the hotel was a wonderful base for enjoying a pretty nice area, really close to all the trams through out the city, the historical city center and billa supermarket. everything was perfect as expected, yet the bathroom was very basic. the property had a great and unbeatable location next to bet-el.

Easy and favourable location - in front of a tram station. Exceptional, amazingly nice staff team at the reception desk. Exceptionally comfortable beds and central heating, multi-channel television, and a writing table.

Gorgeous place overall, it is clean, location is great near the center of Prague. Staff is very nice and you can park your car outside. Hotel's breakfast is tasty with pastries and options for warm buffets, for example.

Cold breakfast, it should be much better.

Comfort Hotel Prague City East was a pleasant surprise for me during my recent trip. I was initially concerned about the location, but the convenient tram just outside the hotel made it easy to reach the city center in no time. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that my needs were met throughout my stay. I had a positive experience at Comfort Hotel Prague City East and would recommend it to others.

The tram station is just located in front of the hotel and it is very easy and convenient to explore Prague with tram. Upon arrival, the hotel staff will give you a public transport map and also city map. Tickets machine is just located near the reception counter and if you do not have coins, you can always get help from the friendly hotel staff.

Parking garage at 300Kč per night is rather expansive. Anyway, there are ample free parking space in front of the hotel. However, with the warning signboard on Car Break-Ins and Car Theft, we decided to park our car in the garage. After staying 2 nights there, I would think it is relatively safe to park in front of the hotel and do not leave valuables in your car.

Marvellous location 10 to 15 minutes of enjoyable comfort tram ride from the city centre, good for visiting Prague. Based next to also a quick walk away from Prague Castle, the nearest metro station, and the tram stop. The tram stop is right outside, and the metro is at walking distance in 6 minutes.

Relaxing, immaculately clean place with professional staff who proceeded to call the manager. Very well maintained building and tastefully decorated and brand-new rooms on lower floors.

The food was fantastic, the room had its own bathroom, the service was very friendly, and there was parking available outside.

The room was spotlessly clean, had decent views and featured an electronic key card, a work desk and TV. The cold buffet breakfast was bountiful with a huge variety of items to choose from.

The breakfasts were savoury and tasty with pastries and options for warm buffets, for instance, couldn’t ask for anything better.

The value for money at Comfort Hotel Prague City was exceptional, with a great room and breakfast. The location of the hotel was convenient, with cheap cafes and restaurants nearby and easy access to the city center using public transportation. The staff at the hotel, especially the reception, were always attentive and friendly.

The morning meal would have been even better with a wider variety of options.

Extra clean corridors, room, and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Cool view from higher floors. Amazing free breakfast. Friendly staff. Convenient location near tram and metro.

There was a god area with friendly staff and very clean every where inside.I stayed with my whife for 5 nights.I will come back and I will stay again there.
